heard about this on npr. i’m really wondering how this will effect knock-offs…like benedryl vx. benehist. and if a ruling on this case would effect the patent laws concerning diagnoses and genomes. and can somebody with patent law knowledge please explain to me why a japanese company and a subsidiary of a german company would fight it out in the US court system?
